Terms & Conditions

Corporate Account Application 

Please fill out and submit this Corporate Account Application & Terms of Service document to open or renew an account with us.

Fill out and sign the Corporate Account Application Form along with our Terms and Conditions in order to open a corporate account with Weybridge Taxis. Upon approval, a unique account number will be given allowing you to start booking services right away.


Contractual Agreement

Every booking made with Weybridge Taxis constitutes an agreement for transport services and is considered as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full by placing their booking.


Booking and Waiting Time

  • To guarantee availability of our services, it is highly advised to book them in advance.

  • The first five minutes of waiting time will be charged automatically.

  • Additional waiting time will be charged in 15-minute increments at a current tariff of PS25 per hour.

  • Airport transfer service allows a maximum complimentary waiting time of 45 minutes after landing.


Delays & Route Selection

Unfortunately, Weybridge Taxis cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Traffic Congestion and Poor Weather conditions were prevalent last month.

  • Roadworks, accidents and vehicle breakdowns: our drivers will select the most optimal route based on current conditions unless specific instructions from customers exist.


Public Liability Insurance

All passengers traveling with us are covered by Public Liability Insurance, although this coverage does not extend to personal travel insurance policies.


Luggage Policy

Passengers may carry reasonable quantities of standard luggage. Drivers reserve the right to refuse items deemed excessively heavy, unsafe or inappropriate for transport.


Vehicle Rules & Conduct

  • Our vehicles operate under a no-smoking policy.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual whose behavior could be considered disruptive, unsafe or pose a threat to drivers and passengers.


Prohibited Items

It is strictly illegal to possess and/or transport weapons and illegal substances unregistered with law enforcement agencies within our vehicles. Registered weapons must also be declared upon booking.


Pet Transportation for Transporting Your Animal

  • CARFAX-Approved (PDF).

  • Guide dogs are welcome, but must be reported at the time of booking.


Additional Charges

  • Additionally, Christmas and New Year surcharges may apply.

  • If a passenger becomes unwell during a journey, a PS100 valet/cleaning fee will be assessed.


Pricing Adjustments

  • Standard charges may be adjusted with 14 days notice in response to fluctuations in the Consumer Price Index or other costs that must be covered as part of operating activities.

  • Fuel price hikes could trigger an adjustment to fare charges of 0.5% for every increase of 5% in costs based on supplier-published petrol and diesel prices, with at least seven days’ notice given prior to any adjustments to fare charges.
